The Professional Skill Training Center (PSTC) is a private, accredited institution established in A.D. 2009 with the vision of empowering Liberians through skill training and employment opportunities.

Founded by Mr. James Woyea Massaboi, BA, MPA (University of Liberia) and Mrs. Esther Komassa Massaboi, PSTC was created as a capacity-building and community-oriented institution dedicated to transforming lives through practical education.

PSTC offers a range of technical and vocational training programs, including Computer Literacy, Electrical Installation, Tailoring & Fashion Design, Catering & Pastry, and Driving & Road Safety. Each course is designed to equip students with hands-on, employable skills for self-reliance and professional growth.

Applicants can visit our campus at Du-Port Road Junction, Paynesville City, or apply online through our upcoming website portal. You’ll need to submit: A completed application form Two passport-size photos A copy of your ID or birth certificate Payment of a small registration fee Our admission team will guide you through every step of the process.

Our programs are open to all Africans, regardless of age, background, or financial status. We particularly encourage youths, women, and underprivileged individuals who wish to acquire new skills or improve their employability.

Yes. PSTC partners with local and international donors to provide partial and full scholarships for students who cannot afford tuition. We also run a Work-and-Learn Internship Program that allows students to gain experience while covering part of their tuition.
